SAL Victory Boxcars
In RPC 19, on page 42, Pat Wider notes the building of 200 "Victory" Boxcars (19500-19699) built by Pullman Standard (Lot 5768) in Sept. 1944 for the Seaboard Air Line.

No, Bill's dome is for a 10K Semet-Solvay tank. The acid tanks are 7K and 8K and have much smaller

I noticed the PRR X23B in the far left of the image. For those not familiar with the PRR, the X23B is a single sheathed boxcar very similar to an R7 reefer but with an X31 style round roof retrofitted
