It shouldn’t be a “install” problem…you just needed to download it to your own computer. Once downloaded, click on the file and it should open in Adobe Reader, a free program

If you have RPR Cyc 15, there is a photo of a Mathieson Dry Ice reefer on page 77. Photo taken in Saltville, VA in 1952.

I would strongly suggest that it is a DL&W trailer -- the style and letteing scheme fits (angled Route of Phoebe Snow lettering, similar to the boxcars), as does the silver roof. That flat car is not
