You should drop Stan Rydarowicz a note at 165 Manchester St., Youngstown OH 44509 and see if he has those kits. He lists 4 or 5 MDT kits but I don't know about the car ends you are looking for. His

With a 1941 reweigh date, this is one of thousands of 36-foot, double sheathed box cars in service at that time. It should not be rare to have
