Kadee's 2nd 50 foot PS-1 with 8' door
this one has the continuous, straight sill, whereas the previous
release had the notched sill. i really like these cars ! :-)

This information is typically found in the Employee Time Table of the prototype. Since it completely depends on the ruling grade, it varies for each segment of a railroad.

There are several photos of the HTs class in RP CYC 29 (pp 67-69), and also one in the Harrisburg book (p 168). None shows a train pipe along either side sill.
