Yes Eric, thank you, the little 4-foot door kit is from New England Rail Service's subsidiary Standard Steel Car Company. However the RMJ article you found is not the article I was referring to.

The "tender" for my GN wrecker/derrick
Hi guys,
So I've done enough prototype research to have reservations about
using the Tichy/Gould kit for the derrick tender (flat car). The key
reason for that is that it has that 'house' on it

Bill,
Don Valentine’s company is New England Rail Serviceand I think that half door detail part was under a sub-brand called StandardSteel Car Company. Here’s the Walthers part

Re: [Shake_N_Take] Re: The S-N-T effort
I’d add a couple of thoughts to Greg’s response:
Yes, Clark, it is disappointing sometimes to see how few models return the next year to CCB. I think that some guys get a little distracted

The comment was, "As the ATSF promo film "Fresh for your health" brags it "only" took 6 days to get reefers to Chicago..."
That is an old figure.

In all fairness Scale Trains is suppose to produce 3 levels of detail on their models and cover various eras but it looks to be focused more on the modern era. Hope they do have some accurate steam

New Book E from Speedwich Media
On the Milwaukee Road group it was mentioned that a new E Book is available from Speedwitch Media on the Milwaukee Road Rib-sided boxcars. I got it this morning and is very nicely done.
