Same situation for Europe. The ebay rates for postage are not great
considering they are a consolidator and do not use USPS
when shipping, yet they use USPS to set pricing and the delivery service

Since its founding in 1759 Pittsburgh, PA has been spelled with an "h" except for 11 years from 1890 - 1911. In 1890 the United States Board of Geographic Names ruled that the "h" was to be dropped
