Thanks Ben! One can only hope the fidelity to the prototype is better than some of their offerings. The drawing suggest that they are going to use the correct roof and doors, if nothing else.

Clovis was also the point where traffic to and from the Carlsbad branch split off. What's significant about the Carlsbad Branch? America's only major source of natural potash was mined there.

If you load a car with bulk feed, it becomes contaminated by the feed. Feed is a protein, and it decays or rots with a strong smell that contaminates other lading. Most RRs had cars assigned to bulk
