Incorrect… but close. AC&F Type 11, 10,000 gallon car. The identifying difference is the single instead of double rows of rivets on the radial seams. The type 17 had double rows.

Regarding the Monon car, this is the first series of cars delivered in this scheme that i can find. The Monon also had a similar series of hoppers delivered in 1940 numbered 41500-41699.
