Resend: NPS photos: Canadian N[orthern] CNR - double-sheathed box car
It was pointed out off-line that this is a Canadian NORTHERN car (i..e. Canadian National predecessor..)
and the correct build date is June 1908

SGL is correct reaming isn't the correct term. I hold my trucks with just enough forcecso the truck doesn't move but I don't really Clamp it. down

When I use "The Tool" I hold the truck with the bearing
boxes of the axle I'm reaming between my fingers and
squeeze them - hard - as I turn the tool.
