Superior doors
Hi all,
searched the web, but can't find them. Who makes 7 panel Superior doors for 10' IH cars? I posess doors for 10'6" IH cars, but these do not fit the resin kit I'd like to add them to.
thanks

Interesting Flat Car Load
I found this image in the April 1930 N&W employee magazine. Car retarders have to get to their installation point somehow - though I would have assumed they were constructed in place.

Re: NP 52 foot flatcar 60909
It's too bad that one must be registered on fb to view the photos. That is something I'm not willing to do, but thanks for the link anyway Gary, I do appreciate it.
Take Care,
Brian R.

Selling surplus models etc at Cocoa Beach
Like a lot of us the passage of time is forcing some of us to down size and reduce the fleet and library. I know in the past limited table space in the model display rooms has been available to sell

It is important to recognize that a "standard" was not necessarily REQUIRED to be followed. It was common for double-door cars to have the reporting marks to the right of the car door; many railroads

Yes, I know people who are offended by what they perceive isa desecration of any steam locomotive, but when it comes to a gondola scrapload, "parts is parts".
Just no cut-up diesels, please.

Bob,
I caught it, but refrained from mentioning same for fear of offending somebody. Believe it or not, it happened to me.
Many years ago I did some assembly work for Grandtline, building air pumps
