Richard DID make use of the Roundhouse cast metal 41 foot low sidegondolas.
Could it be one of those? If not, Tyco and Mantua andAHM all made "40 foot"
gondolas. Perhaps Richard used those as kitbash

Before everyone breaks out the pitchforks this guy did mention he was selling items from a collection he'd purchased.
I also just checked and he removed all the various resin, Westerfield, F&C etc..

In this case it seems the seller knew what he was doing and is complying. I wonder, though, if the seller contested this with the complainant and ebay would you be required to prove they were pirated
