Why would colors be pixelated? That is controlled by the artwork. As long as the artwork is a vector format, there should be no pixelation.

I think opinions on this will vary. Colors other than black and white will be pixelated, albeit at 1200 dpi. In general, laser printers do not produce decals that are as opaque as those
