In the early 1980’s we were still cleaning out boxcars at Chicago (Corwith Yard) on the Santa Fe. We had two dedicated cleanout tracks in what we call the Junction Yard just east of the Nerska

Thank for the replies. It looks like frozen fish just wasn't a thing yet in 1950. The people on the layout will be disappointed there will not be surf to go with their turf dinners. I can repurpose
