I don't think I've ever seen a similar layout; the weedy branch and small ag towns are unique in my experience, and the scenery is perfect. Plus, those freight cars aren't too shabby

Actually, the MEC single sheathed Dairy Products cars were rebuilt from double sheathed milk cars, not from boxcars. A photo of one of the cars prior to rebuilding was published many years ago
