Re: Reservations Needed: PRR X29 Boxcar (HO Scale)
Hi Bob,
I’ve been trying to find an online retailer since I read your original message on the subject, but thus far I haven’t found one that lists them as available for preorder or otherwise.

Re: PRR Flatcar
Ah, yes. THAT makes sense. Two brake wheels were removed and stored; one remained on the last car for a parking brake. This, of course, means they didn't have the drop-down feature.

Help With Wabash Tank Car ID
My direct-paternal great-great grandfather was a Swede with the name of Carl Gaevert. His son, my great grandfather became Carlson, which I suppose is meant to be "son of Carl". Not much relationships

Re: NKP Consist (Rabbit Skins)
I'm glad to hear that you could make a difference, and that it happened fairly quickly.
On a different tack, it's interesting that this was a Santa Fe car, since Liberal is very firmly Rock Island

Hi Dave,
Nicely done. A little weathering and distressing will make the 'screwed up E' look perfectly natural. I like the 1920's vehicles in the photo, they set and define the time line. Great
