I would vote for the lunch break option. We do that at Jeff Mutter's and I don't recall losing many if any guys at the break. Adjusting your start time to split the session also allows an

As we discussed before, the ends with eight outward ribs were a Murphy product as used on an order of Pere Marquette cars, which in fact this may be because the P&N picked up a lot of second hand
