If I recall, Jim’s daughter helped him put the site together, Jim was not the techie behind the website. If it is not available it is mostly likely because the domain host has not been paid or

What the gnrhs site doesn't mention is that those are"logos", but all weren't on the sides of freight cars. Also, the date (1936) shown for the introduction of the side facing goat herald is not
