Best substitute for 90% isopropyl is 99% isopropyl alcohol. Why pay for water dilution if you don't need it?
Ask a pharmacist to order, or from Amazon. Etc..

That covered well and looks really nice, Bill. Sometimes it's difficult to get a sufficiently opaque finish with yellow paints. The yellow primer should really help with that problem. Looking forward
