Great work as usual Bill. How do you make the handle in the middle of the door? I need 4 of them for every IC caboose I own. I tried bending phosphate bronze wire but I can't make it look

And, since one of our distributors wanted them in multiple road numbers, there are now three times as many individually numbered models as what the prototype had :-)

A truly unique car. The only 100,000 pound capacity box on the Rutland in Oct of 44. Dennis made it in Resin, one of the Storzek kits that I have. He also reproduced it in his Acurail line, kit #

Re: UP stock car decals
Thanks. I checked their site yesterday and for some reason it didn't come up. Maybe because I checked for "Union Pacific," not "UP."

IC reefer question
Further research indicates that the NRC-IC reefer on the Abingdon Branch train is from the 19000-19499 series, built in 1950. The flat, riveted end makes this an eye-catching car. See attached pic

Re: National C-1trucks
Brian,
The trucks tooled by InterMountain for the ACF 70-ton covered hoppers are not National C-1. They are a relatively uncommon 70-ton AAR spring-plank design that I’ve only seen on L&N and NC&StL
