Santa Fe only rebuilt part of the fleet to revise the hatch cover openings and that was done, as I recall, only when the cars were generally rebuilt or upgraded. I do not believe there was any program

I've considered that. My C&O/CSX negatives number over 500, plus around 200 for the Buckingham Branch Railroad (which I'm sure they would want), and more for lines associated with the C&O: Nelson
