The type of car is a ventilated boxcar. Ownership appears to be 4 letters, maybe ending in OGX? (where the X would indicate private ownership)

UTLX had a business relationship with Graver Tank and Manufacturing that led to it purchasing Graver in 1957. The underframes and tanks were assembled at the UTLX facility in Whiting, Indiana.

I have seen photos that were definitely not white, but with black lettering that said Borden's Milk I suspect the silver was a transitional scheme as the cars moved towards the chemical
