The diagram for the IC cars shows the IH at 10' 4 7/8" at the sides. So the difference is 1 1/8".

Careful! I have not double-checked this, but I -think- the Yarmouth 5-5 end may be an old Kirlin resin cast end
which was a 5-5 end made for some Canadian 10-0 IH 1937 AAR box

The diagram has an inside clear height of 10'-4 7/8". The general arrangement has it at 10'-5 15/32" (like it can be measured that close). Looks like the number is rounded down to the nearest even
