Re: SPLA&SL flat cars in 1910
That board seems to have marks indicating that it once supported a trolley pole that has since been removed.
The bell also hints that the car was designed to lead.
So, was it a former motor since

This car is clearly a trailer, but was built to be converted to a motor car. It has the board where a trolley poll would be mounted, but also lacks a hook to hold the pole down. The PE passenger car

The PS 52’ 6” gons I once produced in HO resin were built in 2 lots (1953 and 1957). Both were delivered in black with Roman lettering.

Re: SPLA&SL flat cars in 1910
The passenger car is clearly a Pacific Electric car, possibly a Huntington Standard car, but it must be a trailer as I see no trolley pole.

Re: SPLA&SL flat cars in 1910
I have seen photos of similar flat cars owned by the OWR&N in log service in WA state. Does anyone know if they were a Harriman std design or built by Std Steel Car?

Hi Tony,
My brain and fingers have never had a strong connection. I found out when I tried to learn a musical instrument and again when I learned to type. I do proofread what I type, but misteaks slip

Hello,
I am looking for a photo, if anyone might know of one, of a flat car hauling a diner built by the Ward & Dickinson Co, Silver Creek, NY. I saw this in a Pennsy video awhile back and hoped
