It sounds a little counter-intuitive but it is always worth consulting a purportedly matching TruColor chart of freight car colors. The Frisco color mentioned there is TCP 184 1944 - 1960 bc

EC appears on many GATX tank cars. SHN (Sharon) is another.

I just stopped by at East Deerfield, Mass after getting my car washed. Not much going on; there was a young guy - late teens/ ear twenties - standing taking pictures for at least 20 minutes. It was 27

PFE was responsible for maintenance motors and fan belts in 1971-72. I worked the PFE payables desk during that period and processed many payments to outside vendors for rewinding burned out motors

I have four Sunshine Frisco cars that will soon be ready to paint. The Sunshine instructions (based on Floquil) suggest a color similar to oxide
