OK, a couple of things about the available ORERs:
No, none of the Taplines versions are ORC and thus searchable. But most of them are indexed as seen here, so it's easy to find a road of interest and

Adding "bookmarks" and an "index" seems rather pointless if the entire document were searchable
for any text value. My guess is no, these are not OCR scans. And
