Undoubtedly this loaded CP Otis gon and the CP Big Otis gon behind were bound for Ontario. CP imported all its locomotive coal for its Ontario operations from Appalachia as Canadian sources were too

There was a mine near Casey IL that was served by the IC and the Q. Don't know if the town was named for the legendary Mudville 9 player though......
