Re: ISO CB&Q GM-1 & 2 Drawings
Dave,
Your query is kind of a coincidence since I'm looking for brake gear diagrams and/or photos also, albeit for a different car type.
I've got a request into the Museum of Transportation

Brake Levers/Rods Arrangement and Attachment
I'm assembling a late 19-teens/early 1920s-vintage USRA-design twin-bay hopper with split-K brake gear. The prototype photos I've found are only views of the ends, sides and inside of these cars.

Re: Pere Marquette DD 40' steel box
Tony,
I am actually working on a 3D printed model of that car (90350 to 91849). It's 95% there. I just have to work out reliable fitting of the body and floor. This is printed as two parts,

Re: Gerry Glow Decals was NP War Emergency Boxcar
I have recently received some decals that Gerry Glow produced for another modeler. So, at least on a limited basis he is producing decals again.
This is NOT a recommendation so proceed at your own

Hi Bob,
Great photo, thanks.

Re: Acrylic Mineral Red paint.
This isn't an acrylic, brush or airbrush solution but you might try Tamiya Red Oxide Primer in a spray can.
I like a darker Freight Car Red to better match the SP FCR color in the 1945-55 period. I
