Re: HO ASF A-3 Ride Control Truck
Tangent will release the 4 new 50-ton trucks that were part of our substantial investment in new PS-1 tooling later this summer. Please stay tuned!
The trucks are 2 roller bearing and 2 friction

Commodities Shipped In Livestock Cars
So far I have documented these commodities. I’m sure there were others.

Book On Union Pacific Livestock Cars?
Does anyone recall a book on this topic?
If not, can anyone suggest a book on UP freight cars that has good coverage of their livestock cars?
Thanks.

Brian
Happy, but NOT satisfied - Tangent's new trucks have rotating roller bearing caps! These
(in my opinion) are a useless and problematic feature for HO scale

Thanks Tim. The line to Encampment was gone or mostly gone by the 1970s when I was there. The Woodchoppers Jamboree was interesting. Mainly a large crowd of University of Wyoming students drinking

Brian,
Check out Tangent's newest releases of PS-1 combination door box cars. He's doing 50-ton solid-bearing Barber S-2 spring plankless trucks, ASF 50-ton A-3 Ride Control trucks and A-3 50-ton
