Just to set the record straight from my previous message, the Sept. 1955 tariff book listed 8 cars SHPX 157-160, 162, and 164-166 with dimensions consistent to the original CLX 2270-2279 cars

Based on the tank truck partially visible I would suggest the late 20s.
