I initially thought this was a Mather car - What’s the leasing company?

I thought initially this was a Mather car but not sure. Any thoughts or suggestions on the prototype? Taken at East Yards on the MP in Kansas

Re: Photos: UP/Oregon Short Line Livestock Car 39245 (S-40-10)
I believe that the build date is for the 50 ton boxcar that was rebuilt as a 40 ton stock car in 1935. Like the SP's the rebuilds probably retained their original 50 ton trucks.

Re: Other cars not suitable of interchange
Notice the question mark? My statement was directed to Schuyler since the car has reporting marks and WAS used in interchange service, as were REX and others similarly marked.
Sheesh.

Hi Bob and List Members,
In the image below, several cars at the end are three-compartment. Oneof them appears to have a fairly large tank diameter - a combination that is not often seen -

Reporting mark CDPX 102 on side and end of car. It's not just a billboard.
