I do note the letter "O" to the left of the road number. Also, the presence of the heap shield on the end construction made me think C&O.

Car is C&O 13133, a gondola they picked up secondhand from River Coal Co. in 1909. The peaked ends are original, and quite uncommon for a car built in 1905.

GN had 50ft Howe truss design auto boxcars, and also had 50ft Pratt truss design auto boxcars. This is an example of the Pratt truss design

I've had pretty good experience with K4 decals. Nice variety of Eastern RR's, plus a good price point as delivery is included.
I would agree that the Speedwitch now NSC are best in class. Also good
