NKP Boxcars 20000-20500
I have some decal sets with that range of numbers, supposedly these were ex-W&LE boxcars. the capacity and dimensional data suggests a 1937 AAR Boxcar with a build date of 1941, but the 1937 AAR

I've seen a car repainted in 1952 with "lines" and a car delivered brand new in 1951 without the "lines".

My guess is the wheel centers were shipped separate from the tires and axles. So lying flat in a gon or one a flat. Perhaps raw castings from foundry to the railroad shop, where they were machined.
