I'm letting the industries I'm modeling "define" the car mix of my trains by car
type - and my relaxed version of "the formulas" determine what cars I will
and will not run.

The rule was one safety valve for up to 6,000 gallons. Any size tank over that had to have two valves.

The markings also suggest that these are for training rather than actual service. SCCX 169 is marked CAPY XXXXXX LTWT XXXXXX, and the third compartment is marked BUTANE. Both cars have dashed lines
