My Sanborn maps shown a spur off the New Orleans Terminal ( SR sub.). The New Orleans Fairgrounds were only 3-4 blocks from this spur. Haven't been able to find any pics. Also this was a seasonal

Not Buckeye but those look like late Hutchins. SU's did not come with Buckeye as far as I know.

I'm fairly sure it started after 1960, probably in 1962. Here is a repaint from the 1951 order
but I don't know if it preceded the yellow repaints or not.
