Not Buckeye but those look like late Hutchins. SU's did not come with Buckeye as far as I know.

I'm fairly sure it started after 1960, probably in 1962. Here is a repaint from the 1951 order
but I don't know if it preceded the yellow repaints or not.

I don't see any PFE cars, the concretes got a bit dirty and cracked. Mid 1950s is my guess.
