Super detailing brake gear
I have been trying to find a good article on super
detailing brake rigging and underframe detail for
boxcars.
Or some really nice prototype photos.
Can anybody help on this?
Thanks
Brett

NYC Herald - 1955
In 1955 would the New York Central herald have had the black background or
not?
When did it change?
Thanks,

Right, you have to file down the two nubs on the coupler box cover as Andy Harmon explained in the RPM group. Even then it isn't a great fit. I may look this weekend to see how a Kadee 78 will

Dear friends,
in my case, they did just ignore any requests for help... Last year, I bought something from someone who's record and feedback looked good, but who was not doing any business on ebay

Re: Was this a wooden boxcar?
Very cool. Sunshine makes a model of these cars (with MP decals).
The cars are shown as a new addition to the roster in the July 1963
Equipment Register. Too late for STMFC modelers!

Sunshine boxcar kit, was Re: Was this a wooden boxcar?
Mark Heiden asked:
Do you know what this kit is like (one piece body, flat cast, etc) and
where I could get one? I can't find Sunshine in the Walthers site.
It's a flat kit. As I posted earlier
