WM box cars
I'm looking for some information and a picture of WM boxcars in the
4001-4050 series. These 40' boxcars were built in 1951 with 7' door
openings.

Switzer has an article on this very car. Mont used the Intermountain car
and modified the roof, sides and added

Probably the best approach to pre-1950 "PS1" cars would be in the
form of a Sunshine "mini kit", i.e. a kitbash with resin roof and
ends, using one of the available AAR 10'6" car bodies. At least

This has happened in S Scale at least twice times and the models in question are as bad as bad as the ones copied. The S models were copied from HO models.
