The earliest I've seen of the chlorine cannister cars is 1938. Who had
them in 1931? Also, that box car to the left (Santa Fe?) appears to have
4/4 ends. Who would have such ends in 1931?

Ben, since I have a fine shot of GA 19668 in box car red, with a
REWEIGH stencil date of 1938 (so it may have been painted a year
or two earlier), I guess I'll have to strongly disagree with you.
