In defense of Kadee
I will say that Kadee talked to both Ed Hawkins and me about getting the
color right on their RI PS-2's. So, they are trying. The most recent RI
PS-1, which is their third number in this paint

For a few more details, RI transfer cabooses with the park bench on top were
19000 - 19039 converted from old (1907-1912) double sheathed boxcars in 1937 and 1938. They cut a window in each side,

Reading 101045 is an XMu, not XMt. The XMt class were all in the 100xxx series. The XMt's were 8' 8" inside height while the XMu's were 9' 3" inside height. Both XMt and XMu were 8 panel sides
