Does anybody have information on Arrowhead-Puritas Waters' water service

another Burlington single sheathed box car question
Burlington had 2 classes of box cars with 4/5 Dreadnaught ends and
9'4" IH. The first group (XM-29) had sides that look something like
the classic XM-25/XM-26 (i.e. 6 diagonal braces per side) and

The statements below are not correct. In 1954 Greenville Steel Car Company built 140 XME

Blackcat Publishing in Winnipeg makes decals for the CNR cars, set BC096 and for CPR cars, set BC009.
I do not believe that he has a website. Locally for me, TMR Distributing carries them

Fowler decals.
Sirs,
I have some Fowler box cars from Proto 1000 without marks on it.
It has only Canadian Pacific/National on it, with C.N./C.P. XXXXX
carnumber on it.
So for lettering it prototypicaly i want the

The Pennsy shipped both hard and soft coal and used the same fleet of
hoppers to ship both kinds of coal. The pictures of the hard coal
mines in Shamokin show H21 hoppers

P&LE box car roofwalks... er, running boards

I am under the impression that the flow characteristics are
different for anthracite and bituminous. In order to be self
clearing, cars loaded with anthracite need a steeper slope sheet
angle. Hence

Did any of these MDT cars end up in URTX hands in the mid-
late 1950s? I've got a Bob's photo of a URTX reefer, and the adjacent
car has URTX 55XXX (66XXX?) reporting marks. Being so far to the
