I'm not sure anyone ever answered the question, what is a wiki? It comes from the Hawaiian term, wiki wiki, meaning "hurry up" or "go fast." That's what it was intended to do.

Underframes 101 Was: RE: Databases starting with models
Which makes me acutely aware that I wouldn't know if a car had the
wrong underframe or not. I looked up and found images of the ARA and
Duryea underframes on the NEB&W site, and a PS-1 detail part.

The NEB&W site is an excellent resource, and I've always found it well worth the $5 monthly fee.
I think the Wiki discussion has morphed into trying to determine a why to achive, on line,

Semi Scale wheel conversions for Kato
The Kato wheel sets are unusually narrow. Either 0.950" or 0.960" replacement axle lengths will do quite well.
On test, these trucks with OEM wheel sets measure 19-20 in rollability
