The WI&M rostered 5 boxcars in 1953 and other dates as well. Before I

Are NG couplers the same size as Sandard Gauge?
I'm modeling a (mythical but plausible) NG line circa 1940. Would the couplers have been identical to standard gauge ones?

The 19000-19999 series cars were built late 1952 to early 1953. I-GN
was assigned 19000-19499 and StLB&M got 19500-19999. All cars were
built by MP at their DeSoto, Mo. shops.

I know Sunshine made a mini-kit that served as a door prize at Naperville a few years ago. If I recall, it was for a IGN 10-6 car, and included the parts needed to modify an InterMountain 10-6

Tim's right. You should be aware that there are two varieties of color pencils. Prismacolor
pencils are the Cadillac of pencils, IMHO, and work extremely well on moderately abrasive surfaces,

There is, of course, a Parallel Universe where everything is like here except that diagonal panels run the other way. Sometimes one of those will slip through a wormhole and ... voila!

I also rebuilt the placards, extended the diags and posts,
rebuilt the door track and corrected the door, carved off the
grabs to replace with wire... The model has more problems
than just the roof!
