Mike the photo sounds intriquing. It is possible the Turbine was simply
dropping off mty's for loading the next day, esp if it was a westbound.
As to capacity, it was common at western pens to have

Standard practice on the western RRs, where stock cars could travel
long distances without going off line (or very far off line) was to
clean stock cars at the nearest cleaning facility to the point
