Oops should have mentioned it's the wood car. It says with GSC trucks. I keep getting mixed up on what these cars should be for my era but it was a sale item and I picked up a dec and undec.

I don't have specs for the riveted REA cars built 1955-1957 by General
American, but the welded REA express reefers built by AC&F (Branchline
model) had 33" wheels.

Being that these were "passenger" equipped, I would think that 36"
wheels would be correct.

D&RGW steel GS gondolas
Awhile back on this list, I mentioned that the D&RGW GS gons with the little slope sheets at the bottom of the sides were 46 feet. Richard Hendrickson replied that there were 40-foot cars also.

I checked my old decal Champ and Walthers diagrams. MP 7126 is the Champ MP gondola lettering set. So doubt any real prototype info was used in building this model. The car sounds like it
