if they are Intermountain or Red Caboose as IU have built both.
Contact me off list with info and I'll mail

Tim,
Having I believe more experience than most on this list in working with Samhongsa I'd like to learn what prompted the comment regarding MTH having "brought down the mighty

Re: Hatch for Red Caboose Meat Reefer
Actually, Intermountain doesn't have Red Caboose, they just are the exclusive provider of RC's RTR line of product, RC remains as a business, and they are still selling to their dealers and direct

Hatch for Red Caboose Meat Reefer
Gentlemen,
I finished an HO Red Caboose meat reefer not too long ago and one of the ice hatches seems to have "departed the vehicle". Would anyone have a spare hatch that you could make

Dennis - I am sure you are right, likely uniquely Canadian and maybe only one sided.
By that I mean the other carriers (cnx's) may or may not have gone along with the BCE in their acceptance of old

Re: New HO scale USRA hopper?
Kurt,
I'm not complaining. It's not unusual for manufacturers to use other products to mock-up for ad photos, I've done it myself, once using one of my old resin kits, other times using kit moldings

Re: New HO Scale USRA Hopper
I wish Accurail would produce the USRA 70Ton coal car. I think for the price, Accurail has some of the best freight cars out there. I started out back in the 1980's scraping off moulded on ladders and

Re: New HO scale USRA hopper?
I doubt showing an existing model in an ad counts as "stealing intellectual property". Copying it and producing it as their own, yes. Showing it with a label indicating that what you'll buy won't

Denny,
I am working diligently to accomplish just that. But even more of a deadline is the ELHS meeting in
October. January shouldn't be much of a challenge . . .

Dennis
It's pretty ironic too when you consider that MTH collected
millions and millions from Lionel (and brought down the mighty
Samhongsa) for stealing MTH's intellectual property...
Well maybe

I believe this is a Canadianism, not otherwise done in the US, and maybe only done in the port of Vancouver. If Rod Kirkham is on this list he could probabally tell us for sure, but as I recall BCE

I think that meens direct connection on BC Electric Lines only. I have seen photos of these cars and most had "BCE" and the number only, no other data that would be required.
