Can and will are two different animals.? The information is on the Branchline boxes so I see no reason why any Branchline dealer should not be able to answer these questions.? Also, if asked I

I can almost guarentee you a paper cutter will put a "twist" on the strips and it would probably be difficult to maintain consistant pieces. I would second on Andy's suggestion about the NWSL
