PRR did not specify, but received black trucks, when new, which wore off in a
matters of days, to bare steel. They were not repainted as either serviced
or rebuilt, so the color provided is good for

I'm not real sure asking Tangent to make UTLX & GATC tank cars in plastic
should be done at a Sunshine sponsored event where Sunshine UTLX & GATC tank
