I'm pretty fuzzy on the dates for most of the panel side installations, and it would be helpful if those who know when specific groups were done would add that to our pool of knowledge.

Alas, I really can't answer your questions. My reference materials for the decade of the thirties are seriously lacking. IIRC, the first panel side installations were done in 1931, but they are not in
