Does anyone know iif there was a standard policy for what stenciling would be applied by a railroad that repacked the journals on a foreign car? Again remember that this is for FOREIGN road rolling

Paul, It varies, of course, and I also tend to batch assemble similar cars. As a rule, however, I figure on one hour to assemble the box, assuming a house car, which includes deflashing and washing.
