The link wasn't correct. You had to add a letter to the front of the link and paste it into your browser. When correct id did take you to the STMFC site Not sure I explained this correctly

REVISED spreadsheet of double wood sheathed box cars rebuilt to steel sheathing
N&W 47500-47999 and 50000-50499 were rebuilds of steel-sheathed cars, so they don't fit on this particular list. PRR's X29 rebuilds and various roads' single-sheathed rebuilds shouldn't be in there
